Lemon Dojo · The Toolkit
Name the Feeling
The granularity practice
The more precisely you can name what you feel, the more workable it becomes. “Bad” can’t be acted on. “Lonely” can.
01 · Why it matters
Vague feelings can't be worked with
“I feel bad” gives you nowhere to go. “I feel lonely,” or “I feel ashamed,” or “I feel disappointed” each point to a different, workable next step. Precision is the first act of care.
